Description
Grace Ascuasiati, from Designit facilitated a strategic design workshop session for IXDA Munich. The session was about strategic design workshops and it had the objective to show the difference between a meeting and a workshop, since in the second we have to promote a more active participation and engagement of the attendees, and also to share a process and some tools that are very helpful when facilitating a strategic design session in which a company’s big problems need to be faced and approached with creativity. This is the presentation that she used for this event. If you already know this material feel free to share any constructive feedback, or just enjoy a nice walk through the basic.
